Garden Landscape & Design:

Every garden is different and presents greatly different challenges, but a typical design commission would fall into these stages:

You make contact with us to outline your interest and Stefan, possibly with one of his associates, makes a preliminary visit during which we have a detailed discussion with you, look carefully at your site, gain ideas of what might be appropriate and submit a brief report. Having seen the site and appreciated what you require, we will indicate to you the likely costs of the full design service - because projects vary enormously, all our work is charged on a time basis.

We commission a full measure ground survey by a highly experienced member of The Surveyors Association. This is of course a chargeable service, irrespective of any further involvement, but is absolutely critical to our ability to produce a design.

We prepare our initial ideas and sketch plans of possibilities.

We make a return visit to discuss our ideas with you.

We prepare detailed plans with coloured visuals of our scheme.

We invite contractors to tender for the work and, following further discussion with you and agreement on costs, monitor it's execution.

Problem Solving

After contacting us with your query, we will quote a fee and Stefan will make a personal visit. His unique experience in analysing garden problems means that most queries can be resolved in one appointment, often in a short time, although occasionally it may be necessary for him to take samples for further investigation.
